You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at youvanausa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll offer you a full refund or a replacement — no need to send anything back.

If you simply changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll do our best to help. Refund eligibility in this case may depend on the condition of the item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
